Aethel Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: 11 October 2026

You can request deletion of your Aethel game account or the information associated with a Google/Facebook sign-in connection by contacting the Aethel development team. This is a manual support request: opening an email draft or pressing an in-game button does not itself delete an account.

1. Send a request

  1. Find your player name and player ID in your Aethel profile/account page.
  2. Email vasokapanadze.85@gmail.com with the subject Aethel data deletion request.
  3. Include your player name and ID and state whether you request deletion of the whole Aethel account or removal of a Google/Facebook connection and its associated provider identifier. If you know your game state/server, you can include it to help locate the record.
  4. If you registered with email, send the request from that address where possible. For Google/Facebook or guest accounts, say which method you use. Do not include a password, access token, device secret or payment-card details.
Prepare a deletion request email

The button opens your email application. Fill in the details and send the email yourself. If no email application opens, use the address above in your preferred email service.

2. Ownership verification and handling

Player names and IDs can be public, so those details alone do not authorise deletion. We will review your request and may ask you to verify ownership before removing data. We will confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained and why. This page does not promise an automatic or immediate deletion.

3. What the request covers

After whole-account deletion is completed, the deleted progress cannot be recovered through normal sign-in. Uninstalling the app or revoking Facebook/Google permission alone does not delete Aethel's stored game records.

4. Google, Facebook and device data

Deleting an Aethel account does not delete your Google or Facebook account. You can manage provider permissions in that provider's account settings. Provider-held records follow that provider's own privacy and deletion procedures. Device-local game preferences and cached data can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it.
